A cold front moved through from the west today. We had early rain followed by a areas of light rain and drizzle. Cooler air arrives this evening on gusty NW winds.
High pressure in the Ohio Valley controls our weather Sunday. The daytime looks partly cloudy and cool. Clouds increase again Sunday night.
The center of high pressure moves to the Jersey Coast Monday pushing a cool wedge of air down the east side of the Appalachians. Monday is mostly cloudy and cool with light rain developing Monday night.
Today's front returns as a warm front from the south Tuesday evening. Tuesday is mostly cloudy with a stray morning shower possible. Temperatures Tuesday are slightly warmer.
The next front from the west arrives Wednesday. It stalls just to our south Thursday and Friday. Expect areas of rain mostly afternoon and overnight. The fate of Thursday and Friday depend on where the front stalls. I left a mention of rain Thursday and Friday in case it's still very close. Regardless, Wednesday through Friday are unseasonably mild with lots of clouds.
